The hotel underwent a full redesign by the original Rockwell Group design team, resulting in a palette of goldenrod, emerald, and metallics with a recurring oculus motif throughout all guest spaces. Suite interiors follow a mid-century modern direction with wood floors, marble bathrooms, and pillowtop mattresses.

Every suite includes a fully stocked wet bar as a baseline amenity. Higher-tier options add separate living rooms, private terraces, dining tables, and — in the case of the Oasis Suite — a private billiards room. The Penthouse adds a caterer's kitchenette and a dining area that seats up to eight.

The hotel holds a Forbes Travel Guide Verified Luxury designation and a LEED New Construction certification. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Valet parking is $85 per night inclusive of tax. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable $150 per-stay fee plus $20 per night, maximum one pet up to 40 lbs.

Both the W Suite and the Escape Suite follow the same structural layout: a spacious bathtub, a fully stocked wet bar, a separate living room, and a window seat designed for taking in the surrounding Hollywood views. The distinction between the two is primarily aesthetic positioning rather than a major change in square footage or amenity level.

For groups who need outdoor terrace space and fireplace, the Oasis Suite is the stronger choice; for guests who prioritize indoor entertaining with kitchenette capability, the Penthouse is the better fit.

Every suite includes a fully stocked wet bar (MIXBar), pillowtop mattress, marble bathroom, high-speed internet (complimentary for Marriott Bonvoy members booking direct), and spacious work area with a desk. Hair dryers are present in all rooms; robes and slippers are also provided.

Suites do not include a standard fridge or coffee/tea maker. In-room dining is available 24 hours. Room service runs around the clock. The hotel does not permit rollaway beds in any room type.

Hollywood Bowl is a 6-minute drive. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 23 miles away (approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes depending on traffic). Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is 8.5 miles away (18–35 minutes), making it the closer option for guests flying into the area. The hotel does not provide shuttle service from either airport.

The nearest public transit is the Hollywood/Vine Metro Station, directly adjacent to the hotel. The LADOT Transit bus stop is also nearby. For guests without a car, the Metro Red Line provides direct access to Downtown Los Angeles and Universal City.

Runyon Canyon and the Hollywood Bowl are within walking distance or a short drive. The Warner Bros. studio tour is described by Forbes Travel Guide as just a few freeway stops away.
